A: Millbourne Mall Medical Centre requires 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations, if you are unable to make your appointment, please call us ahead of time to reschedule. No shows will be charged a fee that vary based on the type of appointment.

A: Appointments can be booked over the phone or at the reception desk of MMMC (Millbourne Mall Medical Centre). We are planning to have online bookings in the near future.
A: There are currently eight family physicians. There are also specialist in the clinic (Internist, 2 Pediatricians, Respirologist, Urologist).
A: As per our clinic policy, we do not phone in prescriptions since some medications might need to be adjusted according to the patient’s health needs. A patient can either walk-in or book an appointment to get a prescription refilled.
A: You need to have Alberta Health care Insurance Card and photo ID.
The validity of your insurance must be verified on every visit. You must be registered with the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan to receive publicly funded health care coverage. If you do not have your Alberta Health Care Card, the staff will ask for photo identification and validate the information with Alberta Health. This process is done to ensure that we have the correct person and the Alberta Health Care number provided is valid. This process also helps to prevent identity theft and fraud.
If you are unable to provide an Alberta Health Care number and Photo Identification, or the number cannot be validated, you may be required to pay for your visit, as well as any outstanding invoices.
A: For the appointments usually its within its time but sometimes it takes longer as the doctor may needs more time for patient’s assessment and management. Similarly, walk in wait time can vary from day to day, hour to hour as its also depend on physician schedule and availability. The staff usually has the information about waiting time.
A: Our clinic policy is not to provide lab results or medical reports over the phone. Please make an appointment with your physician to discuss the lab results or any medical reports. You will only be contacted by our office to come for an appointment if your lab results were abnormal.
A: There is large free parking lot for the mall with easy access to the clinic through the main doors of the mall.
